Negative savings can occur when rate or fee changes temporarily increase your costs above the baseline established before Verisave negotiations. This can happen due to interchange updates from card networks, changes in your transaction mix, or seasonal volume shifts. Your account manager can explain the specific cause for any month showing negative savings.
